Mission/Vision of IRIS

The Infrastructure Research and Innovative Solutions (IRIS) division of the Purdue Applied Research Institute (PARI) is a pre-eminent organization driving innovation, efficacy, and efficiency in construction of the next generation of facilities for all aspects of infrastructure including but not limited to: hardened Structures (Military Applications, State Structures, Protective Structures), Nuclear Power Structures (Small Modular Reactors, Advanced Light Water Reactors), High Rise Building Construction, and Renewable Energy Infrastructure.

IRIS leverages its dedicated research staff to respond to emergent and urgent needs in security and defense industry and energy / power infrastructure industry to develop and solutions that also showcase sustainable, resilient, and economic infrastructure.
